Online Returns and Exchanges
Urban 1972 wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 14 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise anytime after 14 days, you may do an exchange, or we will be more than happy to give you store credit. Returns made after 14 days will be credited at the current selling price.
Please take extra care when trying on shoes, We recommend trying them on a carpeted surface. All shoes returned must be in their original designer box free of damage and postage labels. We recommend returning shoes in a second outer box to keep the designer box in original condition.
1. damaged or missing items
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
2. wrong size, color, or merchandise
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size,color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

Please note that we are not a retail store. For all local customers that would like to pick up your order from our warehouse. You may do so after your order has been processed using the in store pick-up option.
4. credit card refund
Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
5. charges on my card
In the case that your card appears to be charged twice, it is actually called a pre-authorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card vs. a credit card. This method checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. When the order is placed, our credit card processor authorizes the amount and later captures it when your order is proccessed and sent out for shipping.
If for any other reason you believe this is a mistake on the processing end, please do not hesitate to call our customer care center.
6. all sale items are final
Refunds are not available for sale items. All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer. All accessories are final sale.

Q: What's eligible for return?
A: You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale
All swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
Unworn Urabn1972 sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase if accompanied by the original receipt and complimentary case, with tags attached. Defective sunglasses will be accepted for return at anytime.

Q: Can I return Final Sale items?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise

Q: What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
A: You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 213-744-0533 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
